Cancellation Policy
Cancelation policy: Please make any changes, cancellations or reschedules 24 HOURS PRIOR to your appointment to avoid a 50% fee. Same Day Cancellations will also be charged a 50% fee.
Late Policy: Seeing that most services here (Brazilians) are 20 minutes or less, BEING MORE THAN 7 MINUTES LATE, may truly impact my schedule and my day of clientele. There may be a possibility you'll have to reschedule being late any day. Be sure to send a quick text to Maddie.
